I worked on the production of awards for the Creative Circle, contributing across both development and manufacture.
I created a series of silicone moulds and prototypes to refine the design in collaboration with the client, before moving into full-scale production. The final pieces were cast in marbled Jesmonite, with around 300 awards produced.
Alongside hands-on fabrication, I helped organise and coordinate team members throughout production, ensuring an efficient workflow and consistent output. This included managing production stages, maintaining quality control across multiple batches, and keeping the process on schedule.
